He has been instrumental in attracting top notch executive talents to Reis HR's Clients through his deep and thorough understanding of Executive Search Practices, Strategic Planning, Market Intelligence and Sourcing. Dinesh is frequently called upon to recruit senior leaders with expertise in Innovation, Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics and Fintech. In his free time he is into cross-country running and cricket, and also enjoys spending quality time with his family.

A MBA in HR and a qualified Statistics Expert, Neeraj Malik brings to the table 16 valuable years of experience in Executive Search coupled with over 1000+ successful closures in Senior and Niche Technology Roles. He leads by example when it comes to Strategic Partnership Management, Business Development, Joint Ventures, Sourcing, Relation Management, Operations and Strategy. Technology and BFSI Organisations being his forte, Neeraj has led the team in the process of achieving more predictable outcomes by developing and refining the search assessment and client engagement processes. Off office hours, Neeraj is an avid music lover and swears by 'Summer of 69' by Bryan Adams.

Rajesh Negi is a MCA degree holder and a seasoned executive search professional with a commendable track record of executing global technology search assignments for leading investment banks across geographies. He has been with REIS HR since day one and continues to add value to the organization as a Core Team Member. As a Director and a Business Leader, Rajesh leads a high performing team of Search / Research Consultants in the technology space by connecting technology professionals across the country with some of the best clients in the region. When not at work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and his toddler son.

Armed with an experience scale of 15 years, Sunil is the man-in-command when it comes to accounts and administration. He is solely responsible for the smooth functioning of the department. A day in his work life typically comprises of managing daily expenses, ensuring smooth operations of the facility, and providing office support and SPOC for all regulatory bodies. A family man in his free time, Sunil loves to spend his we-time especially with his beloved daughter.

Vinod enjoys seeing candidates get their dream roles and helping them to make this happen. Besides client engagement, Vinod is also responsible to manage the business operation and market research Activities.
